You may exchange an eligible item for a different size or product of equal value.
If the preferred item is unavailable, we will issue store credit or a refund as per your preference.

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.
We’ll arrange a quick replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
8. Shipping Costs for Returns
If the return is due to a product defect or wrong item, NDarz will cover the return shipping cost.
For other reasons (such as size issues or change of mind), the customer bears the return shipping cost.
